Burglaries 210 beat East West Connector ( Tramore Village ) on 11-4-2009 between 0545-1340 hours. Unknown how entry was made. Wii, CD player, Citizen watch, Guess watch, antique watch and jewelry, and an unknown made pistol were taken. Acquaintance suspected.
211 beat East West Connector (Tramore Village North) between 11-4-2009 at 1430 hours and 11-5-2009 at 0030 hours. Entry was made through a living room window. Compaq laptop, Dell Inspiron, Insignia 37 flat screen, Kodak digital camera, Vellacio woman's silver watch, HP printer, orange Ipod shuffle, Nokia cell phone, and lockbox with papers were taken.
212 beat Favor Road (St. Phillips United Methodist) between 11-3-2009 at 2000 hours and 11-4-2009 at 1700 hours. Entry was made by prying the front doors of the Church. Candy was taken.
212 beat Winston Road (Lamp Lighter MHP) on 11-2-2009 between 0800-1443 hours. Entry was made by breaking a window. Nothing was taken.
Arrest:
214 beat Twain Circle on 11-4-2009 at 1020 hours. Several suspects were seen coming from the residence carrying bags and a flat screen television. Through independent investigation, CIU 2 Detectives developed suspect information. CIU 2 along with BAT units conducted a knock and talk and eventually obtained a search warrant for the residence at the suspect's home. In a collaborative effort between CIU 2, BAT, CAGE, Juvenile Court personnel, and day shift and evening shift Precinct 2 personnel, five suspects were arrested for offenses ranging from Burglary, Theft by Receiving, VGCSA, and Violation of GA Gang Statute. A weapon that was taken in a home invasion in Cobb from July was also recovered as well as two other handguns. Great teams work everyone!!!

213 beat- 10/31/09 Charolette Drive- someone took clothes, a PS, lawn equipment and keys. Auto theft is also working the theft of several autos from the same location.
215 beat- 10/21/09 361 Six Flags Drive (Boost Mobile)-front glass door smashed in and suspects stole a sharp cash register and cash.
215 beat- (Flood Victim) 705 Whisper Trail (Whisper Wood Apt)-victim left belongings in an apartment that was flooded out and returned to find that most of the furniture, a Sony 32 f/s, clothing, dishes and children toys had been stolen.
217 beat- 10/31/09-11/02/09 1150 Veterans Memorial Highway (Pizza Hut)-a side window was broken out and a Pepsi drink cooler was stolen from the inside. 216 beat- 10/30/09 Lobelia Drive-a carport door was pried open and the suspects stole an HP lap top, men's gold ring w/initial J, two gold bracelets one engraved with Jerry the other with Trini, a three tiered diamond pendant, a cross pendant w/ diamond crown, 40 U.S. Dollar coins, pesos, and gold Rosary beads.

This house backs up to Brawner Lake Drive which had a burglary the day before.

210 beat- 10/26/09 Brawner Lake Drive-forced entry to a kitchen window and the suspects stole two Gateway lap top computers and a Wii. The suspects also attempted to remove a wall mounted 52f/s but were unsuccessful.
215 beat- 10/22/09 320 Six Flags Drive (It's all About Baby)-the side glass door washed smashed out with a rock. The suspects left a trail back to Concepts 21 apartments. $5.00 in cash was reported missing.
216 beat- 10/22/09 Stoney Creek Lane-there was no sign of forced entry, however the garage door was found open. The suspect stole an LG 52 f/s, a Sony lap top, a DVD/VHS combo, and a digital camera.
****ARREST**** 212 beat- 10/25/09 3687 Austell Road (Austell Wings and More)-Officers responded to suspicious persons call at this location near closing time and upon further investigation detained an adult and two juveniles. All were arrested for Loitering and Prowling.

A witness told the victim he saw two b/m's loading these items into a brown pick up truck.

The suspects stole a PS2, a black gym bag, a beige steel lock box with the name Mark Dial engraved, a Dan Wessoen .44 six shot revolver w/8 barrel, a Desert Eagle .50 cal handgun, a Mossburg 12 gauge pistol grip shotgun and ammunition.

210 beat- 10/11/09 Gandure Drive-the witness heard some noise and went out to investigate and saw a B/M, 40 yoa, 200 lbs, run out of his neighbor's vacant house. The suspect fled in a stolen 2005 Black Jeep Wrangler.

This is the fifth incident in the area (most probably all occurred on the 9 th ) The suspect is using orange or purple spray paint and appears to be tagging a gang name. All cases to CAGE.

215 beat-10/07/09 The BAT unit responded to a request to stake out a specific location in reference to ten burglaries in 215/216 beat in a period of several days. Suspect information included two teenage b/m's with Mohawk hair styles. The unit followed a suspect vehicle from the target location and conducted a traffic stop detained three, and then were involved in a foot chase with the fourth. K-9 Officer K.C. Robinson and Chip responded and tracked the suspect to a house. The suspect was located inside and taken into custody with out incident. An HP laptop and MP 3 player taken in a burglary 15 minutes prior to BAT arriving was recovered. This should help clear the prior burglaries. Great Work!!!!!!

210 beat- 10/08/09 Flint Hill Road-a screen was cut and entry made through a door. The suspects attempted to steal costume jewelry and some coins. An alarm was activated. The suspects left all the items.

Most of the property was recovered at a staged area in the woods. The female was charged with burglary. A second suspect fled and was not located.

211 beat – 07/07/09 1530 – 07/10/09 Winston Rd. While the victim was out of town person(s) unknown forced entry through a front window. Nothing appeared missing at the time of the report.
214 beat – 07/09/09 0001 – 07/10/09Hunnicut Rd. A real estate agent showing the home discovered that several doors had been left unsecured. The victim advised that a 46” LCD TV and a LG surround sound system were taken. 215 beat – 07/08/09 2000 – 07/ 10/09 South Gordon Rd. When the victim arrived home she found the front door unsecured and forced entry to her front bedroom window. A Nintendo DS and miscellaneous jewelry were taken.

210 beat – 07/11/09 East West Connector (Kohl's). Security at the Kohl's observed two black males steal a women's ring. When he confronted the two a struggle ensued with one of the suspects. During the struggle the second suspect pulled up his shirt, showing security a handgun in his waistband. Security disengaged and both suspects fled in a red, late model, Chevy blazer (the tag was bent up to hide it).

The investigation revealed that the suspects knew the homeowners and additional items discovered in their vehicle were reported stolen from a burglary down the street earlier that week. Precinct 2 Crime Update Date 07-07-2009 Burglaries *****ARREST***** 212 beat- 07/02/09 Springbrook Trail (Concord Chase Apt)-a back window was broken out and seven guitars were stolen. The victim discovered one of the guitars was sold at Dirt Cheep Music. Detectives developed a suspect. That same suspect came back to sell a second stolen guitar and was confronted by Smyrna Police. The suspect fought and then ran from Smyrna Police. An accomplice fled in a vehicle. The accomplice was stopped later by Smyrna and arrested on an outstanding burglary warrant. The police learned that the first suspect was hiding in a business on South Cobb Drive . He ran prior to police arriving. Detectives found him hiding in the woods and the suspect was arrested without incident. Great Job!!!!

Precinct 2 Crime Update Date 06-26-2009 Burglaries 211 beat- 06/25/09 (ATTEMPT) Bedford Ln. (Lamplighter MHP)-back door pried open. No entry made because of items placed near door on the inside.
214 beat- 06/25/09 Turners Mill road (Castlewood MHP)-a window was discovered open and the suspect stole 10 pairs of women's earrings, two pairs of men's cowboy boots, 300 music CD's, and twenty belts.
215 beat- 06/24/09 7200 Westwood Place (West Chase Apt.)- a window was broken and the suspect stole a Dell 19” computer monitor.
215 beat- 06/14/09-06/24/09 490 Six Flags Drive (Magnolia Crossing Apt)-no forced entry discovered. Four antique dark oak dining room chairs were stolen.
216 beat- 06/21/09-06/25/09 Pine Oak Trail-the back door was found open and pry marks were discovered on a sliding glass door. A Phillips 42” f/s was stolen. Entering Autos 215 beat- 06/24/09 0458 65 S. Service Rd. (Wingate Inn)-2006 Dodge Charger had the driver's side window smashed out. Nothing reported as missing. The video reveals a dark colored square back Chevy Caprice parked next to the Charger. A b/m passenger broke the window.

215 beat- 06/24/09 Westwood Place (West Chase Apt)-the victim left the doors to a Toyota p/u locked but a window down. The suspect stole a wallet/contents that was left on the seat.
216 beat- 06/23/09 Pine Creek Dr.-a Ford Explorer had two book bags and contents and a wallet stolen.
Thefts 213 beat- 06/23/09 Cooper Lake Rd. two Amana Distinction exterior a/c units were stolen.
217 beat- 06/23/09 1200-1300 805 Clay Road (South Cobb Regional Library)-a black 20” stunt bike left unlocked in the bike rack was stolen. 213 beat- 06/22/09 Jen Marie Drive-suspects gained entry through a window and stole a Samsung DVD player, three watches, and a necklace with a “J” pendant.
215 beat- 06/22/09-06/24/09 7200 Six Flags Pkwy (West Chase Apt)-suspects entered through a window and propped a chair against the front door. Nothing reported as missing yet.
Entering Autos 215 beat- 06/22/09 2200-0812 Six Flags Drive (Kingsley Village Apt)-the driver's side window to a 2003 Jaguar was broken out and a Garmin GPS unit was stolen. Thefts 217 beat- 06/24/09 1600-1730 1025 E/W Connector (LA Fitness)-victim had car keys stolen out of pants which were left in an unlocked locker.
Criminal Trespass 213 beat- 06/23/09 Pebblebrook Road-victim suspects that former tenants damaged the home as they moved out. 215 beat- 06/23/09 Calgary Glen (Hunter's Grove Apt)-the front driver's side window to a 2002 Ford F-150 pick-up was pushed in and broken. The victim suspects an ex who recently threatened to damage the vehicle. Date 06-24-2009 Burglaries 215 beat- 06/23/09 Lummus Ave.-a side glass door was shattered and the suspects stole an LG 42” f/s, an LG 27” f/s, a Dell 12' lap top, three hard drives, an Alpine car amp, a gold chain, and a Steel blue 9mm Larsen pistol .
217 beat- 06/23/09 Silvergate Lane-a witness saw two b/m's exit the victim's house wearing backpacks and leave in a newer model Charcoal gray extended cab or super crew Ford F-150 with the last number of 7 on a Georgia tag driven by a third b/m. The suspects stole an Apple Macbook, a Dell laptop, an Apple I-pod, two Louis Vitton purses and wallets, a men's Kenneth Cole watch, a men's G-shock watch, and three ball caps.
Entering Autos 211 beat- 06/22/09 1900-0945 Austell Road (On the Road Motors)-a vehicle had the right front passenger window smashed out and an in dash DDVision CD/DVD player was stolen.
215 beat- 06/21/09 Shenandoah Trail (Highland Hill Apt)-a rock was thrown through a passenger side window and an I-pod, $55.00 cash and a GPS unit were taken.
217 beat- 06/22/09 Veterans Memorial Highway (Farmers Home Furniture)-a truck parked in the rear of the business was ransacked and a stereo was stolen.
Thefts 210- 06/22/09 E/W Connector (Kohl's)-two b/m's were confronted and chased by management after shoplifting jeans, shorts and t-shirts. 211 beat- 06/23/09 Ashley Station Drive-a red Honda push mower was stolen from the rear of the house.
211 beat- 06/19/09 Medical Park Drive-the victim had two different “prostitutes” on separate nights and believes they may have stolen his prescription medication.
211 beat- 06/23/09 E/W Connector (Gold's Gym)-two victim's had locks cut off of their lockers and a cell phone was stolen. Video recorded a possible suspect.
216 beat- 06/23/09 1972 Cardell Road-a Grayco paint sprayer was stolen from the carport.
