Burglaries
210 beat- 06/30/09 0130 5160 Austell Road ( Shell Gas Station )-three suspects forced entry to the business and stole 100 cartons of cigarettes, 50 packs of Black and Milds, and 200 lottery tickets. All three had bandanas on to cover their faces and were wearing gloves. It is believed that two are b/m's and one is a w/m. They were in the business less than three minutes.
213 beat- 06/27/09 Spring Lane-two unknown males fled in a 90's model maroon Chevy p/u. Nothing reported missing.
213 beat- 06/01/09-06/29/09 Maple Valley Road-unknown person stole a tin box containing jewelry. A possible suspect was interviewed and cleared by patrol.
215 beat- 06/25/09 6850 Mableton Parkway (Mableton Reserve Apt)-suspects forced entry to a rear sliding glass door and stole some clothing and popsicles.
215 beat- 06/28/09 7152 Silver Mine Crossing-a door had forced entry and the suspects stole a PS3, Ps3 games, a unique handheld Japanese PSP, and 25 DVD's.

212 beat- 06/28/09 Lakeshore Drive-the driver's side window to a Saturn was smashed out and nothing was reported missing.
215 beat- 06/29/09 Twin Hill Court (Highland Hill Apt)-unknown person broke into a Honda by pulling out a loose window and then stole an in dash sil/blu Panasonic stereo and an MTX amplifier.
215 beat- 06/27-06/29 Twin Hill Court (Highland Hill Apt)-passenger side door lock punched and the ignition was damaged and a detachable Sony CD player was taken.
215 beat- 06/29/09 1325 Six Flags Drive (Lake Crossing Apt)-front passenger window to a Ford Crown Victoria was forced open and the suspects stole an in dash Pioneer stereo.
215 beat- 06/13/09 7561 Six Flags Parkway (Six Flags Park)-a 2008 Dodge Charger had the lock picked and a cell phone, purse/contents and a Pioneer head unit were stolen. The vehicle was parked in the west parking lot.
Thefts
212 beat- 06/29/09 3555 Austell Road (Ivy Commons Apt)-two juvenile b/m's were seen riding a Club Car golf cart. The cart is now missing.
216 beat- 06/28/09 Lobelia Road-a blue GT 20” Dyno bicycle and an orange Mongoose bicycle were stolen out of the yard. A witness saw two b/m juveniles riding those bikes towards Pisgah Road .

216 beat- 06/28/09 Silverton Trail-some painted “RIP MJ” in red and black spray paint at both locations.

211 beat- 06/26/09 Bayberry Drive-forced entry through a window. The suspects rummaged through drawers and stole $30.00 cash.
211 beat- 06/05/09-06/26/09 Pastel Drive-a green push lawn mower, Ortho weed killer and a small gas container were taken from a storage room.
213 beat- 06/20/09-06/21/09 Jen Marie Ct-the front door was kicked in and the suspect rummaged though the interior. Nothing reported missing. Fingerprints were lifted.
214 beat- 06/27/09 Cooper Lake Rd. (Cooper Lake Apt)-victim had a PS2, a men's watch, an HP lap top, and a ball cap stolen and has a suspect in mind.
214 beat- 06/25/09 Linda Lane-a window was pried open and rooms were ransacked. A Wii and 12 games, and a Panasonic DVD player were taken.
215 beat- 06/28/09 Alderman Trace-victim heard a loud noise and went to check the area. She saw a b/m wearing an orange/brown hoodie type shirt inside the residence leaving through a window. Nothing reported missing.
215 beat- 06/26/09 Flagstone Drive (Flagstone Condos)-forced entry to a door and the suspects stole an RCA 37' f/s, a Phillips DVD player, an Acer laptop, an X box w/2 controllers, an Ipod, and several bottles of liquor.
215 beat- 06/26/09 Oak Hill Circle-a door was forced open. The suspects stole a brown jewelry box/jewelry.

216 beat- 06/26/09 6272 S. Gordon Road #44 (Trailwood MHP)-Officers responded in reference to two females loading metal out of a vacant mobile home. His investigation revealed that they were not authorized. As a result both were arrested and charged with burglary, possession of burglary tools. 09-085978 Nice Work!!!!

212 beat- 06/26/09 1200 E/W Connector (Home Depot)-an impulse nailgun, Porter framing gun, Porter trim gun, Dewalt sander, and a Dewalt power drill were taken out of the back of an unattended Chevy 3500 p/u parked in the contractor's lot.
213 beat- 06/28/09 1025 Veterans Memorial Highway (Publix)-victim possibly knows the suspect who broke into his 2002 Dodge p/u and stole an Ipod, a DVD player, and a GPS unit.
215 beat- 06/26/09 2355 750 Six Flags Drive (Village MHP)-victim had two food service trucks broken into and snacks were stolen. Several b/m juveniles were seen running from the trucks.
215 beat- 06/25/09 Concepts 21 Circle (Concepts 21 Apt)-a 2008 Dodge Charger had forced entry to a door and the suspects stole a scanner and 250 CD's.

211 beat- 06/27/09 4483 E/W Connector (IHOP)-victim left a cell phone on the bathroom counter and returned to discover it missing. Upon calling the cell phone it rang at a table nearby. Two b/f's took off running towards the Steak and Shake.
215 beat- 06/27/09 Concepts 21 Circle (Concepts 21 Apt)-a male friend is suspected of stealing a wallet/contents from a purse.

211 beat- 06/27/09 Sir Galahad Dr.-someone attempted to kick the front door in.
215 beat- 06/27/09 Gordon Hills Drive-victims knows one of the juveniles that damaged a mailbox.
216 beat- 06/28/09 Walton Reserve Blvd. (Walton Reserve Apt)-victim had large rocks thrown through the rear window of a Honda after an incident at the front gate.
217 beat- 06/06/09 5020 Floyd Rd. (Aldi's)-security discovered a large pile a trash left on location.

211 beat- 06/25/09 (ATTEMPT) Bedford Ln. (Lamplighter MHP)-back door pried open. No entry made because of items placed near door on the inside.
214 beat- 06/25/09 Turners Mill road (Castlewood MHP)-a window was discovered open and the suspect stole 10 pairs of women's earrings, two pairs of men's cowboy boots, 300 music CD's, and twenty belts.
215 beat- 06/24/09 7200 Westwood Place (West Chase Apt.)- a window was broken and the suspect stole a Dell 19” computer monitor.
215 beat- 06/14/09-06/24/09 490 Six Flags Drive (Magnolia Crossing Apt)-no forced entry discovered. Four antique dark oak dining room chairs were stolen.
216 beat- 06/21/09-06/25/09 Pine Oak Trail-the back door was found open and pry marks were discovered on a sliding glass door. A Phillips 42” f/s was stolen.

215 beat- 06/24/09 0458 65 S. Service Rd. (Wingate Inn)-2006 Dodge Charger had the driver's side window smashed out. Nothing reported as missing. The video reveals a dark colored square back Chevy Caprice parked next to the Charger. A b/m passenger broke the window.

215 beat- 06/24/09 Westwood Place (West Chase Apt)-the victim left the doors to a Toyota p/u locked but a window down. The suspect stole a wallet/contents that was left on the seat.
216 beat- 06/23/09 Pine Creek Dr.-a Ford Explorer had two book bags and contents and a wallet stolen.

213 beat- 06/22/09 Jen Marie Drive-suspects gained entry through a window and stole a Samsung DVD player, three watches, and a necklace with a “J” pendant.
215 beat- 06/22/09-06/24/09 7200 Six Flags Pkwy (West Chase Apt)-suspects entered through a window and propped a chair against the front door. Nothing reported as missing yet.

213 beat- 06/23/09 Pebblebrook Road-victim suspects that former tenants damaged the home as they moved out.
215 beat- 06/23/09 Calgary Glen (Hunter's Grove Apt)-the front driver's side window to a 2002 Ford F-150 pick-up was pushed in and broken. The victim suspects an ex who recently threatened to damage the vehicle.

215 beat- 06/23/09 Lummus Ave.-a side glass door was shattered and the suspects stole an LG 42” f/s, an LG 27” f/s, a Dell 12' lap top, three hard drives, an Alpine car amp, a gold chain, and a Steel blue 9mm Larsen pistol .
217 beat- 06/23/09 Silvergate Lane-a witness saw two b/m's exit the victim's house wearing backpacks and leave in a newer model Charcoal gray extended cab or super crew Ford F-150 with the last number of 7 on a Georgia tag driven by a third b/m. The suspects stole an Apple Macbook, a Dell laptop, an Apple I-pod, two Louis Vitton purses and wallets, a men's Kenneth Cole watch, a men's G-shock watch, and three ball caps.

211 beat- 06/22/09 1900-0945 Austell Road (On the Road Motors)-a vehicle had the right front passenger window smashed out and an in dash DDVision CD/DVD player was stolen.
215 beat- 06/21/09 Shenandoah Trail (Highland Hill Apt)-a rock was thrown through a passenger side window and an I-pod, $55.00 cash and a GPS unit were taken.
217 beat- 06/22/09 Veterans Memorial Highway (Farmers Home Furniture)-a truck parked in the rear of the business was ransacked and a stereo was stolen.

210- 06/22/09 E/W Connector (Kohl's)-two b/m's were confronted and chased by management after shoplifting jeans, shorts and t-shirts.
211 beat- 06/23/09 Ashley Station Drive-a red Honda push mower was stolen from the rear of the house.
211 beat- 06/19/09 Medical Park Drive-the victim had two different “prostitutes” on separate nights and believes they may have stolen his prescription medication.
211 beat- 06/23/09 E/W Connector (Gold's Gym)-two victim's had locks cut off of their lockers and a cell phone was stolen. Video recorded a possible suspect.
216 beat- 06/23/09 1972 Cardell Road-a Grayco paint sprayer was stolen from the carport.

214 beat- 06/17/09 Hilltop Circle-a neighbor witnessed two suspicious b/m's and called the homeowner to return. The homeowner saw both running from his house carrying a 52” f/s. A laptop and $600.00 cash were not recovered. The suspects ran into the woods.
215 beat- 06/19/09 Six Flags Drive (Parkview Apt)-a patio glass door was shattered and the suspects stole two Toshiba DVD players, and a Toshiba lap top.
216 beat- 06/15/09-06/20/09 Ivey Log Drive-a Keltec 9mm was taken from the residence. No forced entry. Victim suspects an individual that knew where the weapon was located.
217 beat- 06/23/09 4630 Floyd Road (Shell Gas Station)-officers responded to an alarm call and discovered forced entry. Approximately 80 cartons of cigarettes and 12 packers of Swisher cigars were stolen.
214 beat- 06/23/09 1490 Veteran Memorial Highway #200 (Chevron Gas Station)-officers responded an alarm call and discovered forced entry. Approximately 75 cartons of cigarettes were stolen. Video shows two b/m's dressed in black wearing scarves and gloves. They left possibly in a dark colored passenger car.

( A & R Building Maintenance)-the back door to the building was damaged. Nothing reported missing.
(Tower Roofing)-forced entry to this business and a Compaq lap top computer was stolen.

215 beat- 06/21/09 Twin Hill Road-a neighbor borrowed a cell phone and refused to return it.
216 beat- 06/19/09 Willow Crest Landing-former tenants are suspected of stealing a white Whirpool washer and dryer.
217 beat- 06/18/09 6990 Mableton Parkway (Dollar Tree)-a wallet was taken from an unattended cart and later returned. Items had been taken out of the wallet.
217 beat- 06/23/09 5350 Floyd Road (RaceTrac)-2 b/m's stole a large tub of cigarettes from behind the counter (38 Cartons). A witness saw them leave in a newer small gray SUV.

213 beat- 06/20/09 Oakdale Road-all the windows on a 1999 Honda were smashed out except a driver's side rear vent window. The victim is uncertain who did this.

217 beat- 06/18/09 Witt Drive-victim suspects an acquaintance of stealing clothing, personal items and musical equipment for the home.

212 beat- 06/20/09 Crest Ridge Ct.-victim had two Magnavox DVD with two screens, a Tom Tom GPS unit, two Motorola phone chargers, and two digital cameras taken from an unlocked 2003 Chevy Avalanche.
213 beat- 06/19/09 905 Veteran's Memorial Highway ( Primrose School )-victim saw a b/m next to open driver's side door to his 08 Yukon after the alarm activated. The suspect left in a black or maroon newer model C-class Mercedes occupied by two other b/m's.
215 beat- 06/13/09 Six Flags Drive (West Chase Apt)- a wallet was removed from a zipped purse which was left in an unlocked Dodge Stratus.

214 beat- 06/19/09 7021 Mableton Parkway (Unique Environmental) twenty payroll checks were stolen from wall mounted boxes. A former employee is suspected.
215 beat- 06/16/09-06/20/09 Carriage Drive-a Weedeater push lawnmower stored under a tarp in the back yard was stolen.

212 beat- 06/17/09 Herron Drive-a lock was taken off a chain on the shed and the suspects stole a red Honda self propelled push mower, Ryobi hedge trimmers, a Stihl weed trimmer, and a padlock.
215 beat- 06/17/09 Hillcrest Chase Lane-forced entry through a door. An interior door was also kicked in. Nothing reported missing.
215 beat- 06/17/09 Concepts 21 Circle (Concepts 21 Apt)-No forced entry was discovered. The suspects stole a Phillips 32” f/s and a Nano I-pod.
215 beat- 06/17/09 Silver Mine Crossing-a rear patio window had forced entry. The suspects stole an older Compaq lap top and $450.00 in cash.
216 beat- 06/13/09 Cardell Road-forced entry and the suspects stole 80 DVD's, misc. tools, one pair of women's 14 kt. gold earrings, and $300.00 in quarters.

215beat Six Flags Drive (Hunters Grove Apartments) on 6-16-2009 at 1230 hours. Entry was made by kicking in the front door. Playstation 2, silver link chain and cross, and desktop computer were taken.

217 beat Floyd Road (Kroger) on 6-17-2009 at 1230 hours. Victim left a prescription at the register. When he returned it was gone.
Criminal Trespass
217 beat Old Powder Springs Road between 6-15-2009 at 0900 hours and 6-17-2009 at 1700 hours. Unknown suspect knocked over the victim's motorcycle causing damage.

211 beat Ashley Station Drive on 6-15-2009 between 0845-1737 hours. Entry was made by prying a rear window open. Nothing was taken.
215 beat Hillcrest Chase Lane on 6-16-2009 at 1757. Entry was made by forcing a rear window open. The alarm may have scared the suspect away. Nothing was taken. There was a prior burglary here recently.

215 beat Riverside Parkway (Six Flags) on 6-14-2009 between 1100-2000 hours. A vehiclehad the passenger window shattered to gain entry. Navigon GPS, and wallet with contents were stolen.

210 beat Shire Court on 6-16-2009 at 1715 hours. An unsecured lawnmower was taken from the carport.
212 beat Floyd Road (Quik-Trip) on 6-17-2009 at 0040 hours. Two juveniles ran out of the store with beer.
215 beat ( Six Flags Park ) on 6-16-2009 at 1740 hours. Cell phone was stolen at the park.

211 beat Austell Road (Cresent Square Apartments) on 6-16-2009 at 1515 hours. A rock was thrown through a window.
212 beat East West Connector (Red Tag Urban Clothing) on 6-17-2009 at 0136 hours. The front glass to the business was broken.

211 beat Main Station Drive on 6-14-2009 between 0930-1646 hours. Entry was made through the rear sliding glass door. HP laptop with “W” missing, IPod, Olevia 32” TV, Motorola cable modem, Motorola w490 purple cell phone, and a platinum 14” necklace with number 925 on the back of a heart.
211 beat Sandell Trail on 6-15-2009 between 0730-2018 hours. Entry was made by breaking a bedroom window. Kodak digital camera and docking station were taken.
214 beat Arbor Gate Drive between 6-4-2009 and 6-15-2009. Entry was made through an unlocked window. House alarm was not set . Pioneer DVD and RCA surround sound system were taken.
215 beat Gallant Lane on 6-14-2009 between 1000-2152 hours. Entry was made through the back door. IBM Thinkpad, clothing, and an AR-15 were taken.
215 beat Hillcrest Chase Lane on 6-14-2009 at 2130 hours. Entry was made by breaking a window pane from the back door. The alarm scared off the suspect. Macintosh laptop was taken. Suspect is described as a black male, 6'0” 190 lbs, short hair, 20-30 years old, wearing a burgundy sweat suit.

210 beat- 06/12/09 Anderson Mill Road-victim found a rear door kicked in and the suspects stole a 50” Samsung plasma T.V., an X-box 360 and games.
211 beat- 06/03/09-06/12/09 Main Station Drive (Main Station Condos)-suspects made entry through an upstairs window and ransacked the interior. Nothing reported missing.
211 beat- 06/10/09 Main Station Drive (Main Station Condos)- entry through a second story window (screen removed). Victim received a call from the alarm company about an activation around 8 a.m. Nothing reported missing.
212 beat 06/12/09 1355 E/W Connector (Radio Shack)-unknown suspects forced entry and stole GPS units, cell phone, and cameras.
213 beat 06/13/09 1303 Veterans Memorial Highway (OK Wholesale Inc.)-officers responded to an alarm call and found the front door unlocked. Two boxes of vases had been moved and staged near the entrance. The owner was unsure if anything had been stolen.
214 beat- 06/13/09 6251 Ivey Road (American Legion)-officers responded to an alarm call and found forced entry to a rear door. Nothing had been taken.
215 beat- 06/08/09 361 Six Flags Drive #105 (Express Tropical Mart)-forced entry through the front door glass, the suspects stole cash.
215 beat- 06/10/09 06/11/09 661 Riverside Pkwy (Detection and Suppression Int.)-forced entry to a rear door. An alarm panel was removed but noting was taken.
216 beat- 06/08/09 2030-1245 6890 Factory Shoals Rd-victims were in the process of moving and left a stove in the living room. The suspects made entry and stole the electric G.E. stove.
217 beat- 06/11/09 5590 Mableton Parkway (Shoppes of Mableton, Discount Point #73) The suspect stole two khaki polo shirts, two pairs of Nike air Jordan shoes, and four Coach handbags.
217 beat- 06/13/09 Veterans Memorial Highway (Family Dollar)-a b/m used a garbage can to throw through the front door. It appears the only thing missing is a 20 oz. soft drink.
Attempt
215 beat- 06/10/09 Golden Pine Rd.-victim heard strange noises downstairs followed by a crashing noise at the rear patio door. The victim fired three rounds from a handgun and the noises stopped.

215 beat- 06/10/09 6751 Six Flags Parkway ( Six Flags Park )-a GMC Yukon parked in the East lot had the locking system to the right front passenger door manipulated. Three purses/contents were stolen from the back of the SUV.

The “BAT” unit pulled over a suspicious car coming out of Ivy Commons Apt. and one of the occupants had a stolen credit card from these entering autos. 215 beat- 05/05/09 222 Sweetwater Circle (Mableton Reserve Apt)-witnesses saw suspects come out of the apartment. The apartment was ransacked, however, nothing was missing.

The victim then called police and the suspect returned all the money. Comcast was unfamiliar with any workers in the area.
